The Higher Education Innovation & Research Applications (HEIRA) at Centre for the Study of Culture and Society and the British Council, in partnership with Centre for Contemporary Studies, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore will be organizing a UK-India Policy Dialogue on Innovation in Higher Education on October 12 -13, 2011. The proposed dialogue between key Indian and British stakeholders in HE would be aimed at generating a consensus regarding the importance of evidence-based policy-making in this sector. It offers a unique opportunity for educationists and policy leaders to engage in discussion around issues that may lead on to meaningful academic and research collaboration. Speakers at the Policy Dialogue will include teachers, students, administrators, policy-makers and industry representatives. The event will be held at the Centre for Contemporary Studies Building, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
