The Higher Education Cell will conduct a two-day workshop as part of its Social Justice Initiative, for the faculty members of nine undergraduate colleges in the Ford Pathways to Higher Education Programme, on February 28 and March 1, 2011. The workshop will focus on development of new pedagogic strategies and curricular innovation in the context of social justice and diversity. This will include a detailed discussion on the use of media and technology in research and pedagogy to address questions of inequity and access. Apart from this, the workshop will also have a group discussion on specific campus activities and research initiatives to be undertaken as part of the three-year programme.
